Accessibility Statement
AZ Claim Guide aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility work on this site is ongoing, and we treat it as part of building the site rather than a one-time task. This statement describes what we do and does not claim any external audit or certification.
What we build for
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate the page.
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first item you reach with the Tab key.
- Keyboard access and visible focus outlines on every interactive element.
- Labels tied to every form field, and text alternatives for images.
- Respect for your system “reduce motion” setting.
The accessibility tools on this site
Every page has an accessibility button in the bottom-right corner. Opening it gives you controls to increase or decrease text size, turn on high contrast, switch to grayscale, highlight links, switch to a plain readable font, stop animations, and reset everything back to the defaults. Your choices stay applied as you move between pages for the rest of your browsing session.
